Sunny’s is a little piece of paradise right in the heart of Middleton in South Australia. Sunny’s is a 2-storey classic beach house, with plenty of room for the whole crew. With 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 living areas and sleeping up to 10 people, Sunny’s caters for everyone – even the furry family members.

Sunny’s is only moments from the beach so you can feel the sand under your toes within minutes of arriving. It’s a short and easy walk into the centre of Middleton with cute cafes, the convenience of local shops, and lots to see and do.

The light, bright living areas allow you to feel right at home, whether that’s by curling up with a book, enjoying a glass of red on one of the comfy sofas, or challenging the family to a game of Monopoly, Sunny’s allows you to do it all. After dark, enjoy the warmth of the fire pit while listening to the roar of the waves crash on the beach.

Sunny's has a highly functional kitchen, with all the necessities, all important coffee machine and plenty of cookware.

At the back there is a large grassed area, with plenty of room for pets and kids to run and explore. The property is fully fenced providing you with the added privacy and security.

A few things about the area

Middleton

An hours drive south of Adelaide to the picturesque beach side of Middleton. Located between Goolwa, a 10 minute drive and Victor Harbour, 15 minutes, with Port Elliot just a stones throw away, Middleton is centrally located and provides you with the flexibility like no other. Bring along your bikes to enjoy the Encounter Bikeway - a sealed, coastal bikeway that links Victor Harbour and Goolwa, with the beautiful towns of Middleton and Port Elliot in between. Middleton is only a short drive from Victor Harbour, perfect for exploring Granite Island and a bit of penguin spotting.

Fleurieu Peninsula

Middleton is part of the Fleurieu Peninsula, which also includes some pretty charming neighbouring towns such as Victor Harbor, Encounter Bay, Port Elliot, Goolwa and Hindmarsh Island. Travel on the gorgeous horse-drawn carriage over to Granite Island, enjoy a donut of the month at Port Elliot Bakery or simply soak up the fresh ocean air of the Fleurieu.

Sunny’s is located only a few minute’s walk into the centre of Middleton. You can truly relax, grab a coffee from one of the lovely cafes and meander the main street without a care in the world.

McLaren Vale

World-renowned wine region McLaren Vale is a short 30-minute drive away from Sunny’s. Having this incredible region at your fingertips will allow you to visit famous cellar doors of labels you already love, as well as try out some secret gems just waiting to be discovered. Don’t forget to squeeze in a gin tasting at one of the many distilleries, or a beer flight while taking in the views of rolling hills and ancient vines.
